Hi guys, i'm just wondering if there is anyway to increase alcohol resistance (without taking things like butter)? i usually turn red very fast and i think one bottle of beer is enough to get my head spinning. The thing is that when i turn red fast, everyone starts picking on me and feed with more alcohol until i completely pass out.

I need help !! i love to drink but everytime i drink, i end up high/tipsy/drunk. I guess thats the disadvantage of turning red fast.

Knee Injury

I fell down recently in a man hole, had 8 stitches just below my right knee cap. When my wound recovered, i couldn't bend my leg nor raise my leg when i put my leg straight. I went to see a Chinese doctor and got some massage. I can bend my leg after that, but i still feel pain whenever i raise my leg after putting it straight. Its like the moment i squeeze my knee muscle to raise my leg, that particular part is pain. I can walk on flat grounds without problem, just that when i walk up the staircase, my right leg has difficulty pushing myself up.

Anyone suffered this kind of knee injury before ? is it knee ligament damage ? should i see an orthopedic doctor or a sports clinic ?

spannar or not to spannar ?

I came to know a girl recently. I got really attracted to her, but the thing is i found out that she has a boyfriend (not really sure how long they were together). I dunno whether if i should proceed.

Spannar makes me guilty.

Don't spannar makes me regret.

I'm not a person who can easily fall for any girls, in fact i took years to come across this girl. I'm in a dilemma. Does anyone have any experience to share ?

Slipped Disc

I'm only at early 20s but diagnosed with slipped disc due to heavy lifting activities recently. I have tried going to a chinese doctor (they call themselves accupresurist) which cost me RM70 per session. My condition improved a little after 10 sessions but still can't get me cured completely and its too costly for me to carry on, considering that its only 15 mins per session.

I've also tried going to a bone specialist, and the doctor told me to try physio theraphy. AFter 1 month of physio therapy, i felt like my condition did not get any better.

Some friends told me that their parents had the same problem and only manage to cure it after like 5-10 years. Some never recovered. Some recovered through qi-gong.

Does anyone have the same problem as me ? How do you cure it ? i'm quite depressed right now.
