streamyx, nothing gonna do with it...stable connection...port forward problem only

Problem details

i google how to port forward 2542b router and found out virtual server = port forward
(this step alone is confusing enough because http://portforward.com/ give me a different set of screen shot to guide people how to port forward, even the official website of d-link told me to go Advanced Setup -> Port Forward. Both fail to support me)

Windows Live Messenger (14.0.8117.416) will freeze at least once or twice per day...

and it hogs all the processor power (running at 90%++), after ctrl+alt+del it, the CPU usage drop until 1%

ok...the problem is like this..
normally i open my pc 24 hours.
then poof, suddenly it auto restart.
but it doesnt auto restart in safe mode.
so i think it might be the startup problem
so i tweak around with the msconfig.

at first, i disable all not important in the startup tab.
it still auto restarting
so the next thing i do is this

oh it work, no more auto restarting.
but what the hell

how do i enable back those important services to my computer?
and which services that made my computer auto restart?

been tweaking around with this for few days.
please help

my anti virus is avast home edition 5.0

i select the delete option but it will come back after i restart my pc

and my spybot (anti-adware software) keep on closing when it scanning halfway

ok...when i click on the update of avast anti virus, nothing happen

if i press avast anti virus details of update, it hang

i found some advice outside lowyat saying that i should end-task avast.setup from taskmanager
but i cant end it, it says "access deny"

please help
