My foreign spouse would like to get driving license. Due to language issue she can only look for driving instructor who speak Cantonese mandarin or English. I been survey and look for driving school around my area. Such as metro and perfect driving. Metro only hv bumiputra instructor.. perfect driving not offering fetch from sunway to puchong.. since she no license yet how to get there right? Feel so much headache now hope guys here can help out..

Anyone how to clean the newly install granite sink? After contractor install the sink, they use the sink to wash paint and etc... hence left some white mark/spot on the sink itself.. i tried several way such as use thinner, some said using white vinegar still cannot get rid of it... please help...

Hi just would like to know do i need to remove the power supply before i short the NMI jumper?
The document that i found online only specified how to configure write dump in OS level, it doesn't mention if i should do it by shut down the server and remove the PSU cable or without remove the PSU cable.

After several months of thinking and thread reading, i have enlisted my propose idea on renovation:

This is my floor plan:

1. Living room - Plaster ceiling with L-box and Light Through - 10'10" x 23'2" = 250 sqft
1.1. For the lighting portion, need some advise on the T5 tube, may i know how many T5 need to purchase?
2+2+5+5=14 units of T5?

2. Small kitchen - 9'10" x 7'6". Do i need to demolish existing tile if i tend to install top and bottom kitchen cabinet with hood, water sink and etc?

3. TV cabinet with feature panel. Preferable something like this:

Renovation on condominium

Hi all condo owners or sifus, i owned a condominium and was planning to do some renovation. The most headache part is the toilet room is small and compact. As photo below:

Due to the shower area was small, and after shower will cause the toilet bowl get wet.. i was thinking to change the position of the toilet bowl (clockwise 90 degree) and relocate towards the entrance. (My intention is just to isolate toilet bowl and shower area)
I did ask developer or management office consent, however they claim i was not suppose to change the piping/structure of the entire house.

Do u think renovation worker able to help me on this request? or any alternative idea for me?

File Sharing problem

Hello professional, I have a query here regards to file sharing issue.

My current situation as below:

A desktop as file server name ABC001. This file server doesn't join any domain. OS: Windows 7
All the user's have domain joining. All of them is currently using the share drive in that file server. All users using OS WIndows XP.

Question: Right now, there is a admin team would like to share a file/folder to restrict others users to modify. Only READ.
Any advise on how could it be done?

FYI. i have try to play around with permission to set it DENY WRITE and etc, but all users still able to amend it, anyone could help me is much appreciate.

NCD transfer

Hi everyone, anyone know what is the procedure of NCD transfer? I owned a old car (Honda) and it was sold to a buyer. But the "car card" havent change ownership yet due to some reason.
right now, my new car (Toyota) has arrived already... how do i transfer my NCD to from old car to new car since the ownership of old still is me???
Should i just inform my sales Agent to deduct the insurance amount from the total car amount?

can anyone knew the process could enlighten me on this... much appreciate that.

Cancellation of car booking
