Canon MP Navigator EX 3.1 Error

Hi,
I'm using above All In One printer.
My problem is same as http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Sbb44GhAXU but none of the solution can fix the problem. Searching the solution also wont fix my problem.
After try and error, reinstall Windows and stuff lastly I found the cause of the problem, "Box Sync Software".
When I install Box Sync Software to my computer and open MP Navigator software, it get this error as picture attach.
If i uninstall Box Sync software, the problem did'nt happen. So i hope anybody that have same problem as me, can give me ways to solve this problem. Tq

I would like to buy 2TB 3.5 External hard disk to keep my movies collection. But donno which brand and model should i pick.
can anyone suggest me which brand is the best. Tq in advance.

a. samsung - i heard that Samsung HDD is much cool and quiet, but no usb 3
b. 2TB WESTERN DIGITAL MYBOOK ESSENTIAL - WD have usb 3 which is good speed to transfering file, WD SmartWare
c. buffalo - Buffalo have TurboPC that boost transfer rate.
