regret for breaking up

I was in a perfect relationship but broke up last year because I decided to come back to Malaysia. Maybe because I have my family here, and I made new friends at work, plus I was disappointed he did not willingly come to join me in Malaysia (he was pretty upset we broke up, but I was hoping he would have shown how "true" his love was by coming back with me or at least greater effort in persuading me to stay), I was not too devastated with the breaking up (unlike my past relationships). Sometimes, I miss him and wish I had stayed there. We still keep in touch and he is still treating me the same (using the same tone when chatting with me online and inviting me in his games with his friends like we used to). Lately I told him I've been missing him, he said he's feeling the same too.
So I have been thinking a lot .. Did I make the wrong decision last time or am I just missing the good times and forgetting the real reason I chose to come back to Malaysia, is there a turning back or should I just move on?
how to impress your boss?

i am in this work situation where i need to suck up to my big boss in order to get good feedback and recommendation from him.

thing is, most ppl describe me as a shy/ quiet person. i can only feel comfortable and be loud around my close friends. so in work, i am generally in good relationship with the ones immediately above my rank or my juniors, but never the big bosses.

i know a few colleagues who are well-liked because they can laugh at things that are not funny but i really cant laugh out .. i can just smile -.-'' i know this is against my nature, but i really need/want to make a good impression .. any idea?

how do you know if one is your true love?

i have a bf who loves me a lot.. i can see myself marrying him and living with him in the future
however, sometimes, subconsciously ie when giving advice to my frineds, i feel that there is no true love, it is whether you want to love that somebody or not. because after failing several relationships which hurt me badly and now looking back i wonder was i blind why did i even cry for those guys.. i feel that there is no such thing as true love and i THINK i wont be that heartbroken if my current relationship ends (so i shouldnt give my all) because if it happens i willfall in love again in the future and think the future one is better than the past

am i making sense...

sometimes i really wish i could have a peep of the future.. so that i know who i will be with ... then i wont think too so much now ..

hand numbness and back stiffness

I always have numbness of fingers .... sometimes a few times a day. sometimes in the morning (only numbness), sometimes afternoon (only numbness), but most of the time i wake up middle of the night with numbness and a bit of pain (not sure if it is really pain, but it gets so uncomfortable its not possible to go back to sleep until the symptoms go away :S)

sometimes i get it on my left arm as well, but mostly right hand

i know it has to do with compression of a nerve (carpal tunnel syndrome), but i dont know how i get it. it only started happening 1 month ago, is it related to the cold weather (its winter here)?

Also, just few days ago i realise i am not as flexible as i used to be, i no longer am able to bend my back all the way for my hands to touch the ground. feels like my back is a bit stiff. i usually have pain in my back when i shiver from coldness.. i told my friends but nobody think people suffer back pain from shivering/coldness, cant get anything from googling too o.O

anyone experiencing the same thing?
i am <25 years old, normal body weight ....

how to end a relationship

My friend has been in a relationship for 1 year. Next year she will have to go to UK to further her studies, but until now she and her bf has not really figured out what to do then. She asked him what would he do if she left him, he said (playfully?) that he would kill himself.

From experience, long distance relationship is IMPOSSIBLE. Unless, he goes UK too o.O
WHat should she do ? How to break up so that he wont hurt himselg?

willblowing the hair cause damage to hair or scalp

AFter i started using hair dryer to dry my hair after shower, my hair is now dry and fuzzy. and i tend to have a bit of peeling of skin of my scalp, which i was told is due to dry scalp.
I am just wondering, is that caused by the hair dryer??

And, to the moderator who closed the previous thread on the same topic, i dont understand why isnt this a H&F ques.

Did you know that hair is part of our skin (in this case scalp), if you accept threads like skin acne, chest acne, or even the pinned threads about contact lens .. whats wrong with this thread?
...if that fails, i hope you consider my mental health as part of 'HEALTH and fitness'.. because i am anxious all these might be caused by hair dryer i might get ANXIETY DISORDER or PARANOIDAL one day. and if my hair condition worsens i will be so sad i might get DEPRESSION and become SUICIDAL.
