window explorer is not working

HELP~~~!!!!!

My pc when i after login, always pop up a window " window explorer is not working" , then after click cancel ,got another pop up window " window explorer is restarting now" , how to settle it??? i got many important thing inside , cant format it la~~!!i know is a file make this happen , but the pop up problem make me dun have time to delete the file, how?

hi, i'm thinking want to buy Dell XPS 9000 this model desktop...but dunno is a good choice or not....coz i know combine a desktop by owner is better then the pc combine by the factory..but the price make me interesting for buy it...got i7 920 ,6g ddr3 ram, 1tb ,nvidia gts240 GC...this made me think too much..so need some comment for all professional IT ppl, give me some comments ..thanks a lot..
