Seeking advice about 24 hour Resign

Hi , I tender my 24 hour Resign Letter to my ex company and i stated in my resign letter" do not charge any penalty because i unable to provide 1 month notice".
After discuss with HR manager , She acknowledge and signed on the letter " offset with his AL/replacement off day and i still have 6 day AL.
FYI, my ex company payroll is on end of every month and cut off on every month 15th.
i tender my 24 hour resign letter on 31 May 2014 and i still have half month salary that my company will pay to me on today 30 June 2014.

However , i dun receive my half month salary from my ex company and i confirm with my ex colleagues that payroll for this month June is out...

What action i can take to claim back my half month salary....

Hey bro... MY CPU keep on and off when i press power button.....the CPU not load/boot window and just keep on....off and auto on ,off again....

Sapphire HD6950 2gb single fan
Seagate 1.5 tb HDD

WTA : Strong Petrol Smell

Hello bro.... today i drive kancil to Genting Highland, when climb to hill, i switch off aircond and open the window ,but i smell strong petrol ....

after i reach to the top hill , i open my engine bay to check , no leaking on petrol , water level and engine oil level is normal......

Anyone can suggest me the car safe to drive or not because tomorrow i going back to home.....i wonder my car will explode ....

Anyone can teach me what to check next to make sure i can drive my car to find mechanic ....

Hi , i using TMNUT RM 88 4MB uni package for over 2 year already , now i found maxis biz plan RM 68 +6 % tax = 71++ . so , which i should going , wired TM 4mb or wireless maxis ?

i do some little comparison :

Download speed : TM max can go 460kbs , Maxis able hit 1mb + depend on location ( well , i stay at kuantan so i think will get decent speed.

Mobility : TM is fixed and maxis can go everywhere .

Monthly Charges : TM : RM 90++ Maxis : RM 72++

Contract : TM : 2 year Maxis : No contract

so ,should i keep using TM or change to Maxis , thanks advance for all bro and sis professional comment and advise

Here is my requirement , AMD processor , GC is no necessarily need latest 1 , just need medium type and economic and enough to support all latest games now.
Purpose is Gaming .
I have a Cooler Master Real power 550w and 1tb WD hard disc on hand so can skip on this 2 .

A question about Bonus

Hi all , I confuse about bonus calculation....
Here is my situation , i got promote to next level and my salary for example from 3k-4.5k on November 2011.
When come to December 2011 , we need do the KPI form for bonus and anual increment .
But the Kpi form show my position still OLD position even i got promote in early November.

Now is the interesting part , i receive my bonus in OLD salary basic Not Current salary basic.

This is what i confuse , if i fail to nego with HR , Can i seek for Local Labor dept to ask HR refund what should i get?

I need all bro comment about it , Thank you.

Hey all , my November streamyx bill appear bayaran khas charges RM 10.00. i never experience this on past 1.5 years before .
Now my question is what is this charges bayaran khas ??? Or this is another hidden charge that streamyx wan rip off us again ? tyvm .

Hi bro , i found my little car start create sound " Tak Tak Tak " when i shift gear between 1 to 2 that mean its occur when i press my pedal , its more obvious when i drive in uphill road such like parking place or etc....
I send my car to Tyre shop to check whether its balancing problem , end up the mechanical checking and " little work " but the sound still occur again andthen he say its look like drive shaft problem and need to get change.
Now i wan ask all sifu opinion is that tyre man speak the truth??

Hi all , i need all bro comment to enlighten me

My story is a perodua kelisa bang my car and kelisa headlamp crack . so the owner go fix the car for 1 of the headlamp and later use the bill to charge on me .
now the problem is his headlamp is plastic type and the bill show " ori kelisa headlamp " price = RM 235.00, labour : RM 35.00.

I feel like WTF as i survey the price should in range 80-150 for " 1 side headlamp only" so pls comment if i get RIP OFF by that owner .

My car need twist twice on average to start the engine so its time to change the spark plug in order to start engine more easy ? besides , what the diff between normal and iridium ? which 1 is better for long term or got no diff at all ?

Hi , I'm using TM nut free modem and i did try to change DNS and after reboot the modem , its still remain with the TM Nut DNS , did Tm Nut block to change DNS on their free modem or i should get a new 1 modem instead?

Hey guys , i just change my kancil engine oil from 10w-30 to 10w40 , after change to 10w-40 , i feel the engine noise is reduced but performance is dropped as well , i feel the engine rpm is more heavy now
in the view of cost , the 10w-40 is double of the 10w-30
Besides, any opinion to TOP 1 HP PLUS 10-40w engine oil?
