Unifi BTU sharing

I have Unifi at my business location. My neighbour asked me if i can allow them to connect via cable to my BTU unit. They said unifi no more ports in my area so they cannot have a BTU unit, but they claim to have a Unifi account.
i'm sceptical about this. is this allowed?
is it safe for my network?

i'm planning to introduce starwars to my kids. when ep 4 came out, it was my first starwars movie. then watched ep5,6 then after waiting a long time ep 1,2,3.
now when all the episodes are already made, which episode do you think i should start my kids on first...ep 1 or ep 4?

iOS 5.01 update thru ipad2 vs desktop

yesterday morning, i tried to download iOS 5.01 using itunes on my desktop. the file was about 730MB. itunes said its gonna take about 6 hours++. so i let it download. but later in the afternoon, there was a thunderstorm so i stop the download and switched off my pc. in the evening i was online again but this time using my ipad2. i downloaded and updated my ipad2 to iOS 5.01 in just 3 minutes!

ipad2 unable to backup

my ipad2 yesterday unable to backup. connected it to my pc with the supplied cable. during syncing, i get this message which says : "itunes unable to backup ipad2 because it is disconnected"--even though the cable is still connected to the ipad.
even after restoring it, i still get the same message.
what should i do?
