Hi all friends,

I have bought new housing in Seremban. I managed to get Loan from UOB , Maybank and CIMB. Confuse and not sure which one are the better option.

CIMB

Loan amount include MRTA
Interest rate 4.65% ( BR are 4% and spread interest 0.65%)

Maybank Islamic max interest rate 10.55%
Loan amount with MRTS
Interest rate 4.55% (BR are 3.2% and spread interest 1.35%)

UOB
Loan amount with MRTA
Interest rate 4.45% (BR 3.89% and spread interest 0.56%)
And UOB MRTA amount RM21474 will be return back after 32 years.

Please advice which rate are better

I am getting married next year so for preparation Malay wedding have to buy some hntrn thing...such as perfume set..watch..and also handbag stuff..One of my officemate mention singapore price and variety is far better than malaysia.
