Dear all, can u guys please share with me or give any comments regarding the quotation i m being quoted as below?

Power point 13A concealed type (socket supplied by me) rm75/point
Light point (socke supplied by me) rm50/point
A/C & W.Heater (socket supplied by me) rm250/point
Astro point rm120/point
Power point for water pump rm180/point

A quotation from a chinese contractor...he said he will be all the way in my house during the wiring work instead of just leave his foreigner workers to be there...is the price reasonable? I thnk i m getting "parang" by this guy...any good chinese wiring contrator to reco? If yes,can u guys please share? I m getting headache enough to search around for a reliable contractors...

Please help...urgently needed a good wiring contractor at the moment...

Termite treatment for laminated floor

Hi all,

my house (whole 1st floor and staircase) is furnished with laminated timber by the developer...so my question here is:

1. do i need termite treatment (drill type on ground floor) because of the laminated timber?
2. do i need any special termite treatment on the laminated timber?
3. will it be easier attack by white ants compare with other houses which is not furnished by type of timber/wood?
