Upgrading processor

My current rig is

Intel pentium gold g5400
8gb ram
Gtx 1060

I am facing lagging and slow while using photoshop & browsing. My budget is limited. I am thinking to upgrade my processor to i5-8500, can find rm300 on shopee (or any other suggestion). Is this enough to get rid of lagging? I dont playing games.

Recommend a 3k pc without graphic card

Used macbook or Cheap windows laptop

I have budget of RM2500, thinking of acquiring new laptop for light work, light gaming. By light gaming, i only play football manager.
From what i see, macbook can last for a long time, 5-10 years without hiccup compare to a windows laptop.
So i'm enquiring whether i should get a Macbook pro 2017/Macbook air 2018 or new windows laptop.

i recently book a car, but the queue is long taking more than 3 months. I heard that if receive car more than 3 month the loan will "expire" and need to resubmit bank statement, pay slip, etc. So, in the case of sst coming back in july, will my loan get revised to price+sst even it has approved previously?

Hi, can anyone recommend me to build a pc. Budget rm4000, need to be able to handle heavy load from excel (it will hang for a long time using mid range spec).

My preference :
-small form factor (easier to carry everywhere)
-does not include monitor, k+m
-storage size is unnecessary
-not for playing games

Can also suggest laptop, but i dont think i can get better spec with laptop than a desktop right?

Hi guys.

. I'm thinking of setting up a sdn bhd company with my friend ( have to be sdn bhd for certain reason). They will only be 2 owner/director/employee. The work will be done by outsourcing to other party. My issue here is when we got paid, how did we want to withdraw the money? Our plan is we only withdraw the money after each project finished, so we won't be getting monthly salary. How should i treat the money in my accounting book? Salary? Director Fee? Drawing? Dividend? I have no clue.

Can't decide where should i rent house

I'm working at sg buloh, my wife will be working at petaling jaya (near assunta). I 'm looking for place to rent but i don't know which area is the best considering traffic, jam, and toll. I don't mind driving a bit far, but i don't want to stuck at jam for 1hour. And i also don't want my wife to travel very far from her workplace.

I have shortlisted few area that suitable with my budget and distance, but unfortunately all of it not safe and secure to be living. (pelangi damansara, flora damansara, halo sunday empire damansara).

Now i am confused and not able to make decision where should i rent. I don't mind landed or studio or condo, as long as it safe and not many foreigners. But i can't select the area where i want to stay. So i need some help or insight from you guys. Thanks btw.

Hi guys. I have edifier R1000T4 and Sonic Gear BT2100. Can i use 1 source to connect to both speaker? Currently the Edifier is connect to my pc and ps4, and sonic gear connect to my android tv. But i want to use both at the event that my family organised. I guess with more speaker i can have louder sound and cover more area. Thanks.

tv screen flickering

hi, i just bought 2nd hand samsung smart tv. the tv have 1 straight horizontal line at top but it didn't affect watching, so i decide to buy it, as it is cheaper. I ask for 1 week warranty, and it was given. After 3 weeks, the screen start flickering. From a slow flickering, the i can still watch it, now it flickering hard and unable to watch at all. I send to nearby repair shop, he say that it is screen problem, and it is cheaper to buy 2nd tv rather than try to fix it. So, i want to confirm is this problem really screen problem, or maybe ribbon or any other connector if anybody knows. I just spend rm300, don't want to spend again. sigh..

Can lcd tv hdmi port being repair?

I dont know whether this is right place or not to ask. My tv suddenly give no signal on both the hdmi port i always use android box on my tv. Try with my pc monitor, and the box doing fine. Keep changing between the hdmi port, powet on anf off, and even connecting my pa4 with the tv, still no signal. So my conclusion is, the port is burst. Can i repair it? If it is hard to diy, how much can i expect the cost of repair to be? Thanks in advance.

My total commitment for a month is around RM2500 per month (personal loan, car loan, credit card), so i am looking to get a consolidated loan to cover all of this. Total amount is around 80k, but most bank that i looking for only allow up to 10x times salary, and my salary is not rm8k. Are there any bank that can cover my needed?
