hi guys,

planning to start up a fried chicken(wings & drummet) stall (only on weekends night tho) to test product and build customer base first. now in midst of searching for location with high traffic around PJ area. anyone has any recommendation?

the plan is to leverage on the existing location's/nearby traffic.

tentatively, i thought of doing it in some cina kopitiam with decent food stalls - hope to target people/group that likes order lots of variety of foods at one go & groups that always lepak/yamcha @ kopitiam after sports

Pain in the chest?

hi fellow forumers, im a newbie here.

lately, i've been having chest pain... im 19,male.. well , i do workout but only once or twice per week and once or twice basketball too. but my routine is all fine .

however, since 3 or 4 days ago, there is a pain in the middle of my chest.im unsure wether its the muscle or the bone/rib cage. since it started around 3 ~4 days ago , there is nothign serious, i just can feel a little pain or pressure there.
But, until today.. the pain is getting worse..(pain or pressure , something there).
whenever i bend down my body, do big arm movement(swing/flap arms) or the worst, squeezing my chest/arm inwards, the pain will strike. its like a pressure applied inwards that spot(right middle of chest). i cant sleep, i cant do big or fast movement(well it will trigger the middle chest ). the pressure strike/i feel damn pain whenever i cough,lauhg and even breathe( now im breathing very slowly, cant breathe fast or deep). its very suffering, i cant sleep , at the moment i just can sit still facing the pc. to change positions , i need to do it very very very slowly... it hurts..

i live alone outside,no transport to see doctor. any advise i could seek here?

helo i'm a total noob here + in bodybuilding .

would like to ask a few questions . first of all , i had searched all over the net the best i could i am still in a unsure and confused state. too many different sources and infos.

here it is :

for barbell curls , how is the PROPER way to do ? ( srsly , i did like 4x10 and i did not feel any shit ? ) :
-stand straight? or bend knees a lil to reduce pressure impact ?
-when grabbing the barbell/doing the workout, ARM(Right + left ) should stick to the body(beside chest) OR leave 1 inch space?
- any other steps ? proper one..

for push ups and sit ups / crunches ,
- can we do it daily ?
- how many set n rep should we do ( do until tired/ the most we can / fixed rep ) ?

was consuming milk since childhood until.... read tis from somewhere since 2 years ago ; do not drink milk , it will cause some cancer ( stomach cancer if i not mistaken), is it true ? =_= "

hi guys i'm a total newbie around , especially in this section.

would liek to ask here.

i have a camera ( 10 megapixel ) , i recorded some videos which consists of video and audio.

e.g. i recorded Video A and Video B

so , how do i extract audio from A(only want the sound) and video from B(only wan the vid) ?

then combine audio from A and video from B ?

something like that. and what software/programme is reccomendable ?
