I'm planning to upgrade my desktop, I want to use AMD Phenom II AM3 Triple-Core 720(B/EDITION) processor for my new system......I just want to change 3 part from my old system first processor, second motherboard and third RAM.

So from your opinion guys what the best motherboard should I use with budget around RM300? from my old system I have 650W power logic PSU, 80GB IDE Hard disk for my system so is it enough if I change my processor to AMD Phenom II AM3 Triple-Core 720(B/EDITION) with old PSU and Hard Disk?
