Here is a beginner futsal session especially for Lowyat Forum members. It's kind of a platform for those who is kaki bangku to gain confidence to play football. thumbup.gif

4) Gender: Male & Female Futsal players are most welcomed too!
For female players, we may consider creating a mix game of male-female players. So for female players, don't be shy to join us! =)

5) Due to encouraging response from the LYF members, few ground rules is needed to make sure our activities stays fun and hassle free
a) Our session consists of 3 or 4 teams; equivalent to 15 or 20 people at a time

b) List for those who are joining will start on every Thurs or Fri morning, so it's 1st come 1st serve.

c) You are required to put your name in by yourself, unless they have inform us earlier. (Eg. after the futsal session, straight away confirm his attendance for next week's session)

d) After the list is full, those who wish to join can put their name in the waiting list.
(Eg. Sample format of 15 max name list is as below):-

e) Priority to be listed will be given to regular KFF members. You may bring your friend, to join:-
i) at most is 1 person at a time;

f) PLEASE confirm your attendance by 2pm latest on the event day, Sun by:-
i) posting in the event FB page or;
ii) via sms of any of the 3 guys in this thread or;
iii) by calling of any of the 3 guys in this thread.

g) Those who cannot join on last minute notice. PLEASE do any of the following of:-
f) ii) or iii) by 4pm latest on the event day, Sun.
But, firstly please find a replacement for yourself.
If u really can't find any replacement, then do inform any of the 3 guys in charge.

h) Be punctual. It's difficult for other members if you come late. Playing time might not be even for other members, so please be considerate to others =)

6) Please take note:-

DURING THE MATCH

i) Everyone will take turn to be goalkeepers, unless a person volunteer to be the permanent goalkeeper
ii) Please pass the ball around
iii) There'll be out lines around the court.

7) And trust me, I do not even want to go to a level where we have to blacklist or anything, it's not my style.
Do give onipions regarding the ground rules if you have any.

Hi all, I'm looking for a female dive partner for my diving trip with 4 others (inclusive myself).

I'm sorry to use this lowyat event page to spread the word around.
The deposit of RM200 will be fully paid by us and the remainder of the RM990 will be covered by you.
Are you interested to go for a Diving course (Beginner) for a 4D 3N stay at Perhentian Island from 27-31 Aug?

PADI Open Water Course:-
1) 5 Theory and 5 video sessions.
2) 2 Shallow Water Sessions
3) 4 Open Water Training Dives to different sites.
4) PADI Open Water Manual.
5) PADI Certification
6) Turtle Bay Material.
7) Easy swim test and final exam.

Accommodation Possibilities:-
1) Cozy / Cocohut Chalets - Coco and cozy is a real nice place to stay
2) Nice Chalet comes with breakfast, hot water, aircon and bathroom attached.
3) Accommodation in a Fan Cooled Chalet with Bathroom attached located at Mamas Chalets.

Pricing:-
1) Package price is RM 1190 per person (with accommodation).
2) Course is RM 950 per person (without accommodation)

Details of the diving operators:-
1) Our dive operation is on Perhentian. We have 3 dive centre's there. 2 on the small island and 1 on the big island.
2) PADI is offering a free T shirt with every course.
3) We teach in small groups of 4 to 1 Instructor. We have about 10 instructors teaching for the duration of 7 months a year. We are closed during the monsoon months from NOV-FEB.

Details of the PADI Course:-
1) The PADI Open Water course takes 4 days to complete. There are 5 theory and 5 video sessions, 2 shallow water sessions and 4 open water training dives to different sites. There will be a very simple swim test and final exam.
2) The price of the course also includes all equipment usage, PADI Open Water Manual and Material and The PaDI certification.
3) We accept credit card payment on the island.

How to register and pay?
1) Payment can be made on the island by cash or credit card. We don't charge extra for credit card payment.
2) We will collect a deposit of RM 200, if you need the PADI Manual in advance.
3) The remainder of the RM990 can be paid on the island by cash or credit card.
