[WTA] Differents of BIS,WAP,WIFI

I'm currently using Maxis Bis RM55 per month for 10MB data usage..

If im using HotSpot browser to surf it means im connecting thru WIFI , internet browser means im using BIS
so what if im using WAP browser? if its BIS as well do i have to pay additional charges?

and when my maxis bill came on the Data charge for "maxis mobile internet" its stated 6098KB rm30.57 does that means i've exceeded my 10MB or i've only used that much on that month?

My bf will be making a trip to australia for a month by end of this month..im planning to ask him to buy me some goods back frm aussie like makeup stuff and beauty products prefer those drugstore brands..
Any ideas on what to buy?? wont want him to buy me stuff which can be purchase in malaysia(no point).

Just wanna know any ladies here hear or tried using any product from the brand name LUSH fresh handmade cosmetics www.lush.com.au before??they have soaps, shower gels, shampoos, cleansers, toners, fragrances, massage bars, creams, etc. Originally frm aus.
