Monitor recommendation

I've recently upgraded my pc and am now looking to upgrade my monitor as well. I'm primarily using it for gaming/VR and the occasional work where I need 2 monitors for easier workflow.

I'm currently using 2 x 21.5" AOC 2270SWDN hand-me-down monitors so this will be a huge upgrade.

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 3900x
Asus X570 Aorus Elite Wifi
Asus 2070 Super EVO OC

I'm looking for 27"-34" desk/wall mounted monitor with a height limit of 45cm due to a shelf above my table. My desk is quite deep as well and I'm finding myself hunching over the table just to get a better view of my monitors. I don't know if I want to go for curved/ultrawide or not, looking for opinions on that

Budget around +-RM2000

27" 2560x1440
AOC CQ27G2
ASUS VG27AQ
LG 27GL850-B
GIGABYTE AORUS AD27QD

31.5" 2560x1440
LG 32GK650F / LG 32GK650F-B
ASUS TUF GAMING VG32VQ
ASUS XG32VQ
ACER Z321QU
LG 32GK850G-B <-- kind of over budget

34" 2560x1080 ultrawide
LG 34UC79G-B
LG 34GL750-B

Are there any other models that you recommend?

off market purchase

There was a double storey house up for auction selling at half the market value. It was auctioned twice but not sold. Managed to track down the seller(a bank) and currently trying to secure the unit off market for own stay(first house). The location of the unit is not bad(near highway but blocked by trees), slightly congested but near amenities.

Problem is there are people staying there(last checked 2 weeks ago), will the bank chase them off since it is no longer an auction but direct purchase? I worry the people will damage the property before leaving or come back later and damage it. If they do anything to the house, will the bank cover the repair costs?

Any other advise or things I should know about?
