Dear /k/ I need property agent help,

I got a shop selling phone accessories and making Loses for almost 10months, the tenancy agreement still left 9 months...

If I wanted to quit early did I need to pay the remaining 9months rental or just forfeit the deposit paid only?

What charges I need to pay to quit ?? My shop inside a small shopping mall..

Hi , I got 1 Bangla worker that arrested by plain shirt police as he accompany by another foreign worker they left the other go but arrest that 1 because he didn't bring his passport only working permit with him... Arrested in Perlis our office in KL because they work outstation going to take bus back but 1 arrested untill now already 40++ hours did not get call from him back to office or any office ppl... We tried to call police station at Perlis but can't get much info... Any one know what will happen to him??
