this is 2nd ticket i have and i dun have motor license and they juz issue me the summon . one more things is da motor is not mine , i curi from my fren n ride . and the summon wrote my BIG NAME and the motor plate number . SO i wana ask if there is a summon letter will it deliver to my huz or my fren huz .
