Only concerns are on the potential top floor problems - roof leaking &amp; potentially high temp due to the full sun exposure on the top floor.<br /><br />Here are some of the questions we have in mind,<br /><br />The developer is a well established company and so we’re hoping that the leaking problem could be minimised?<br /><br />Secondly, directly above the unit is also where the water tank is. Not if it helps to block away some heat? Or it will become a heat tank slowly releasing heat thru out the night?<br /><br />Thirdly, the unit is close to the sea, so it’s naturally windy. Not sure if it helps in blowing away at the heat. <br /><br />Would appreciate it if anyone with the experience on top floor living could provide some insights.
