VoLTE router setup

Hi, is there anything to setup for a VoLTE router (Huawei E5186) to activate VoLTE service for example DiGi?

I connect normal phone to the RJ11 port and it is not working on LTE. The simcard if put in handphone will show the VoLTE icon.
Set to 2G/3G then the RJ11 will work but as normal voice call. Donno how to make VoLTE to work

Not sure if this topic should be under Telco Talk or networking.

Last week DiGi upgraded service with VoLTE, on handphone it showed the icon.
I have Huawei E5186 router that supports VoLTE, I search in internet but can't find info about setting up VoLTE on router, not even sure if it is automatically setup or what.

Connect normal phone to the RJ11 port the dial tone is engaged dial tone not working.
If set to 3G or Auto then can make call, but it is not VoLTE just normal call, and at LTE when make call it will drop to 3G and come back to LTE after the call, with this the ping and speed is haywire.

Expert please advise

Notes:
NVIDIA panel doesn't like Display Link Driver. If this USB monitor is running, NVIDIA control panel will HIDE 99% of the options. U need to temporary disconnect the USB monitor in order for NVIDIA panel to show all the options. This is not USB monitor problem, it is because NVIDIA refuses to cooperate with additional active video driver let it be AMD or DisplayLink or bla bla.

There will be rare occasion when the monitor auto sleep after sometimes set in your windows sleep option, the USB monitor may not wake from sleep. use "Scan for hardware change" under device manager will wake it up. Make a desktop shortcut for Device Manager for easier access.

Single USB port should power the Monitor. The attached USB cable uses double USB ports, which is not necessary.

I stopped playing for more than 1 year. When I try to login Square Enix, I cannot remember the password and I click the "forget password" link.
An email was sent to me with a link to change password. However it will not accept the password(s) I tried. I have tried many combinations and I am very very sure all fulfil the requirement, but it just refuse.
The one time password security token is still working I think, got battery.

Any idea what went wrong?

Item(s) conditions: Physical Phone 90% like new never drop, only normal wear and tear. Station 80% (scratched on one edge). Phone screen protector has scratched marks due to wear and tear, but 1 extra good protector is provided~

PLEASE READ!!!
There is a known problem when docking. 90% of the time the screen will freeze after dock in. Solution is short press Power button to turn off the screen, wait for 5 seconds and press Power button to activate the screen again. This 100% solve the problem temporary. While the phone is still in station, the system will work properly. If the phone is taken out and dock in back without doing many things, the system will still be ok. It is after taking out the phone and use for sometimes; then dock in back the station will freeze and need to do the 5 seconds trick again. It takes me 2 months to find out the working trick.

I am not sure the root cause of this, but definitely not because of software/apps. Even with factory reset this problem still exists.
There could be other permanent solution (i.e. firmware, clean the USB contact, send for Asus service etc)
The phone itself is working perfectly.

[SOLVED] Cannot get Celcom 3G. Advanced question.

Have you called your ISP's helpline?: No, only extreme expert can answer, not those helpline.

Personal equipment
Modem: Huawei E1762, but not important in this issue.
Router: TP Link MR3420, but not important in this issue.
Firewall used: no.

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Suddenly cannot get 3G, earlier working good. 2G no problem.
Problem frequency: all the time.
Problem description:

Using external antenna to modem. Working good for 6 months, suddenly cannot get connected to 3G.
Replaced antenna, cable, SIM card, modem also not working.

Specification:-
3G Telco : Celcom only. Maxis Digi not exist.
3G Tower : about 30km away.
2G Tower : about 2km away.
Frequency : 3G 900Mhz, 7200 kbps
Antenna height : 40ft from ground.
Between antenna and tower : no buildings nearby, hills got. jungle mah.
Other 3G towers? : yes but 30-40km away, and the direction blocked by hill right behind my house. Unless i can extend the antenna >150ft height else no way.

I have exactly same setup 3km away, and it is still working fine. I swap everything between the 2 setup:-
The Antenna is working at another location 3km away, so antenna no problem.
Cable replaced all new.
The SIM card is working in another location 3km away, so not SIM problem.
Modem is working at another location 3km away, so modem no problem.
When i move near to the tower physically with that SIM can get 3G signal.

I have signal tester, direct from antenna > tester it shows:-
without SIM card, the tester shows good Celcom 3G signal strength at -74 to -80dBm. This is equivalent to full bars at phone or modem software.
With SIM card, it can't detect the 3G signal, cannot show Tower Cell ID, cannot show Celcom MY.
2G signal is ok with and without SIM, but it is not from that 3G tower but from the nearby 2G tower.

Example of signal tester screenshot:-

At another location 3km away, with and without the same SIM card, it shows Celcom 3G signal properly.

My questions are:-
1) I have tried all I can, could not be equipment problem. What else did i miss?
2) Can Celcom block 3G access at specific location? or block SIM from getting 3G at specific location?
3) Could it be 3G jammer in place? but there is no reason for Celcom to go deep inside jungle to install that just to block 1 house... 2G and 3G using same 900Mhz frequency, if jammer is in place, 2G also cannot use i think.
