A&W and KFC

At first i plan to have dinner at A&W.
So, reached there at about 9.15pm. There was only 1 cashier and so the queue was quite long.
She have to scoop the ice-cream, take drinks, foods, etc alone and....... SLOWLY
I almost fell asleep while waiting for my turn.
Then when it reach my turn at 9.30pm:

Me: Nak order 2 waffles....

Staff: Tak ada, tinggal sini punya benda ada (pointing at the heater shelf) pukul 10pm tutup (the guy lining behind of me also kanchong d.. left 1 curly fries )

Me: Tak buat lagi ke? mmm.. ok, set 8, nuggets

Staff: Tak ada, ada hot dogs, fries saje.. tengok sini (point at shelf)

Me: mmm.. ok. then, 2 regular float & 1 curly fries.

Staff: (take her own sweet time) Ok, rm 11.00+

Then, i realize all the tables are tables are not cleared yet. And there are only 2 staff in the restaurant (1 cashier & 1 at the kitchen) =.=!!!
No staffs to clear the places.
I just observed the staffs and the people around while eating. Once, the cashier shout for small change from her colleague working in the kitchen. [cashier ran out of small change =.=!!!]. After that, while preparing for a customer's order, the cashier ran out from the counter and went to some tables nearby for some used tray [ran out of trays]. She just wiped the trays with a table cloth and use it for the orders.
How come a restaurant can have only 2 staffs???
Ok, fine. Then, i went to wash my hand and i realized that they actually tint their mirror with some designed sticker. mmm, what is the use of mirror then? can only see the stickers!!

Then, i left A&W for KFC. The cashier's face so busuk!! Hell, seems like i ordered shits from KFC. Indeed, the chickens and nuggests don't taste nice.

I just can say "what happened to franchising system?"
