I am using Maxis Fiber 10Mbps. It seems that my Facebook App (on my android mobile while connecting to my Maxis Fiber) is very SLOW when loading the 'POKE' section of FB.

I have to switch over to my phone network data connection in order to go to the 'Poke' section on my Facebook App.

Anyone faces the same problem using Maxis Fiber?

Need Help to decide...

I am renting a place currently, and the owner is now wanting to sell the place... She said before selling, she wanted to ask me whether I want to buy it or not. Currently, I am renting with some close frens.

It is an apt at Pandan Indah, KL, first floor (corner/end) ... 850 sqf ... 3 beds/ 2 baths... 24 hour security... and the owner is asking ard 200K, still negotiating.

I have been staying in this place for quite sometime now, and am really comfortable with the apt/area. I am still yet to own a house. And I do have the means to purchase for this kind of pricing.

Should I go ahead and buy this place or should I consider other factors before deciding to buy it? Really need some advice....
