She said before selling, she wanted to ask me whether I want to buy it or not. Currently, I am renting with some close frens.<br /><br />It is an apt at Pandan Indah, KL, first floor (corner/end) ... 850 sqf ... 3 beds/ 2 baths... 24 hour security... and the owner is asking ard 200K, still negotiating.<br /><br />I have been staying in this place for quite sometime now, and am really comfortable with the apt/area. I am still yet to own a house. And I do have the means to purchase for this kind of pricing.<br /><br />Should I go ahead and buy this place or should I consider other factors before deciding to buy it?
