Can anyone guide me on the eligibility of the exemption cause I was told that only SPA signed this year is eligible for the 75% stamp duty exemption for houses priced between 500k - 1m.

From what I read, it applies to all first time homeowners but it never mentioned anything about SPA date.

Watch was purchased in June 2019 from SWG; it comes with box and papers. Retail price when purchased is RM7080, now higher due to Rolex & Tudor increasing their MSRP.

Looking to sell my former daily beater which is the Seiko Samurai PADI SRPB99K1. It has been sitting in my watchbox for awhile and hasn't been seeing much wrist time as I have gotten myself another daily beater. The watch has been sent for service and now keeps a time of +2 to 3 seconds per day.

The lumes are still as great as ever, with the dials having a blue luminesence and the hour markers and pip being green. The bracelet has some scuff marks from daily wearing, but nothing too bad. The bezel of the watch had been dinged before and there is a scratch near the pip as shown in the photo.

Watch retails for RM2180, but I'm letting it go for RM1200 and you will get an additional NATO strap and leather strap that both complements the looks of the dial.
