Dell repair service

I suspect that my Dell Inspiron 14r has a mobo problem, when i try to switch on the laptop, the ac adapter green light keep blinking. I called their service helpline, the bot gave me two options either extend warranty or end the call. I dont want to extend my warranty, cuz after some googling I found out that it is quite expensive, around 900rm per year n@beh, almost half of my laptop original price. so, I would like to ask is it possible for me to send my laptop directly to dell pj repair center or is there any third party shop which offer repair service for dell laptop around klang valley? thanks in advance!

hi sifus!! noob here..
comparing a laptop with Intel Pentium P6200 processor(ATI Mobility™ Radeon® HD 6470 512mb) and a laptop with Intel Core i3-380M Processor(integrated gc)
which one is better for light gaming(games like l4d 2,starcraft2,fifa11) and a lot of multitasking(word,powerpoint, pspice)?
the price of the laptops is almost the same around 1.6-1.7k
i kinda worry that the laptop cannot angkat those games if i were to take the better processor which is i3 but with no gc..
btw,my budget only around 1.7k..
paiseh, i student no money buy expensive laptop..
