[HELP] Safe Mode on Storm

hi guys, i had this problem...i use to restart my phone by taking out the battery, and just now i do the same thing and my bb storm end up with dunno wht "safe mode"..this wording appear on the operator wording there...anyone encounter this problem before? how i can disable the "safe mode" ?

anyone had this problem be4? i been experience it for few times, my storm will start begin lag~then it will like hang in a same screen for quite long and then i checked my application memory (under option->memory) and is ZERO. so i try to off the phone without taking out the battery, and then i check the application memory again and it was 1170k but after a short while it become zero again..so i take off my battery and start the phone, at last it back to normal which the application memory is 32mb.....anyone had a solution for this ?

the heat at the back of the phone will increase till quite hot
