Unrealistic parts
a. BRUNO - once gotten a cow, should move on to more profitable ventures, i.e. creating new subsidiaries
b. PABLO - 2 years to set up a pipeline, too much time is needed
c. Completion of pipeline - Over supply will reduce the price of water and makes the break even longer
d. If BRUNO gets tired of carrying water, how about PABLO having to do 2 jobs, it should be even worse for PABLO

The only realistic lesson
a. When earned enough, move on to more profitable ventures not screwing around burning money.

Background
I am a full time trader (derivatives and FOREX), and I have some training manual that I want to sell. However, because my skills is very specialised and focused on trading, I am unable to do much of a good e-marketing. Please consider the following objectives that, if this is what you can work on, then we have partnership

Objectives
To sell training materials for DIY traders. The materials are developed base on my personal experience which is comprised of formal and informal knowledge.

The business rationale is to sell something genuine, (minus all the hype), while focus on consistent middle volume business rather than, a hype business that will fade out in no time.

The USP
a. It is affordable
b. It is realistic and logical minus all the hypes (there is a market for rational and logical mind)
c. It is manageable, which takes a 1 full day of training
d. It is not an e-book
e. Partner tracking software is already implemented

Task of the partner
a. Take charge of the e-marketing (I will only want a few partners - and I don't believe in crazy affiliation programs)
b. Handles the front end of the business (while I handle the product fulfilment)

Rewards
a. 20 to 50% profit sharing

Anyway, my mind is always on the market, and just because of that, I don't log into LYN 24/7, to have it locked due to slow response is lame.

I will continue more info later, on average, I only have less than 1 hr non-trading time on the internet.

Have been a trader for 2 years, I realise that many traders wannabe excels in tangible knowledge, but to be successful in trading for a living, it takes quite a bit of intangible knowledge. Statistics says that 80% will fail 20% will succeed, and a handful will make it big in short time.

Who else have already "traded for a living"?
