I think I really do have shitty luck. I met this girl, named Wahetzatul Iylia Binti Wahizan (I/C No: 930127-14-5698) in April 2015. She was working as a customer service officer in Samsung Service Centre One Utama and she was begging for help claiming that she needed RM2,000 to pay the deposit or she would have no place to stay. When I questioned further, she started crying and said that she was having a lot of family issues. As I came from or below average family and knowing how hard it is to struggle in KL alone, I lend her RM500 to cover her deposit. She promised that she would pay me back in the following months.

2 weeks later, she was terminated due to her discipline and attendance issues. After she was terminated, I found out that she has been borrowing money from EVERY SINGLE PERSON in her work place.

She's a well spoken person, seemed friendly and nice but when you start working with her you will know she's an irresponsible person that would always blame others for her own fault. She then get a position in Samsung Service Center @ Bentley located in Mutiara Damansara.

The first month she moved there, I texted her regarding the repayment and she replied, requested for my bank account. But that's all, she did not pay me back nor update me anything ever since. I called her and texted her again but she was angry (what the heck? Why is she angry when she owes me money and promised to pay me back but didn't?) and soon she started to ignore me. I didn't call her since mid June and she has changed her number (her last login in whatsapp was 18th Jun 2015).

Her contact number was 012-2052554. She is very good in lying, telling stories to gain sympathy and twisting things. I know RM500 is not really a fortune or what, but I don't think we should tolerate for people who cheat other people's hard earned money.

DON'T TRUST HER, SHE NEVER RETURNED ANYONE'S MONEY IN THAT HAVE EVER HELPED HER!

p/s: I AM NOT A GUY, SO THERE'S NO PIAP PIAP MENTIONED IN THE COMMENTS AND I DID NOT HELP HER TO GAIN ACCESS TO WHATEVER YOU GUYS THINK IT IS.

I'm an IT retard, bought the laptop because someone recommended me to... And eventually realised that I don't need a laptop with this spec... It's a bit heavy for me as I travel around with the laptop quite often due to work.

Price is negotiable for serious buyer. Btw, due to P&C reason, I've removed the harddisk from it. You'll have to get one yourself.

I believe many property owners are having problems dealing with their tenants... besides late rental payment, there could be maintenance issues and there would be times that it's too late when you realized the condition of the properties have became unacceptably bad.

Would you pay to a company to manage your property? If yes, how much do you think is reasonable?

I have been looking for good instructor at a reasonable price. I can't afford to pay a very high price for the class but I really wanna learn how to swim. Is anyone out there can recommend me a good instructor or anywhere that has a swimming class for adults?
