Long story short , we paid deposit for a week old puppy last month (looks healthy and cute at this point) . All of sudden pet shop owner send us a photo signalling that we could collect the dog after a week.

To our surprise , we notice that the dog has very obvious tear stain as show in the photo below . We try Google and found that it could be some kind of disease that may need long treatment .

Should we try ask for a refund ? They most probably will refuse and I need your opinions here.

Hola guys , I am planning to buy a new Corolla Cross , done with test drive and everything and got an offer at around 130k for V spec.

Needs your input as below :

1) Is it a good time to go in now ? Heard that Yarris Cross is coming soon and it will lower the price of Corolla Cross ....

2) Many relative and friends recommend me to buy EV car with similar price

3) Some even advise me to wait for new Perodua SUV that going to launch in April

All and all , I like the car after test drive . But I also wanna make sure to ge more opinions to avoid instant regret after purchase.

My friend , work at Company A for around 1 year, Position : Senior Manager, has been sacked without any warning by the company. According to him, he take annual leave on Saturday to help his friend do some part time job in the fair.

One of his boss saw him work in the fair and sacked him immediately the next day. He has been performed real well in the company and pass his probation with increment, confirmation letter and all that.

My question is, can the company sack him without giving any warning letter issue beforehand? Now the boss forced him to tender resignation letter (whats the point since the company has issued the termination letter to him ?)

Of course my friend reluctant to obey the order. Now the boss threaten him, if no resignation letter submit, no balance salary will be given for this month. What can my friend do now? Can labor office help in his case?

Furniture Shop Dispute

My sister booked 4 set of chairs from a stupid dumb furniture shop name 'Yuna home design sdn bhd', which operated by a bunch of Bangla / Pakistanian. My sister Paid RM 500 deposit 2 weeks ago but this Yana keep delaying the stock by many ass reasons like container stuck in Hong Kong etc. They just keep giving empty promise like will check and call back (NEVER CALL BACK, NOT EVEN ONCE)

Yesterday she ask for the deposit refund and they promised to do so, but once again, empty promise. My question is, what could my sister do? Walk in to the shop and make a scene? Who else she could report ? Police?

Your kind advise is appreciated.

NEVER buy anything for this shop, Top worst retail shop so far I believe
