It happen intermittently maybe once in 2-3 hours sometimes it happens twice in an hour and it times it only happens after a few days. It is really intermittent. I am using a 4k Lg tv. i never had this issue until recently maybe like 2 weeks ago. I had the console for about 3 months now.<br /><br />Some key points : <br /><br />1. Using default hdmi cable that was given<br />2. Using the default settings, already tried adjusting the video transfer rate, turning off hdcp. it didnt work.<br />3.
