Msians who worked in SG need to submit BE form?

As per title, do you submit BE form and declare income as 0 every year from year 1 till xxxx?
I started working in sg since end of 2022 and I didnt submit 2023 BE form nor 2024 BE form. I have submitted 2022 BE form and paid the tax in March 2023, that is all.

Today, I received a letter from lhdn, ask me to pay 2023 income tax that was calculated automatically (2022 total income + 10%) and another penalty fee for not submitting and declare tax.

From Reddit: you need to inform LDHN/submit a form that you are working overseas so don't have file BE form every year and declare 0 income. Is it true ?

I bought an omron blood pressure monitor from unauthorized Omron retailers in Shopee but I click received order before I try to register the warranty for the item. Then, the item cannot register warranty in Malaysia website but seller say item is international warranty, need to register in Japan website and bla bla bla. I cant even find the product registration section in JP website.
When I ask for address, name and phone no. to return the item, seller keep reply with non related information and now seen but dont want to reply anymore. When I seek for Shopee customer support, they ask me to negotiate and come out a solution with seller.
I really dont want to accept a non auhorized blood pressure monitor to be used for grandma and just want to return it. What can I do next?

Hi All,

Come share how you feel next day after taking covid-19 vaccines, first shot and second shot.

For me, after taking first jab of Astrazeneca, the next day I felt fatigued and whole body aches. My temperature keep increasing although I keep bathing and drinking herbal tea to calm fever.

I haven't eaten any paracetamol yet.

What is the coverage for a personal warranty offered by a seller from garage sales?
For example if I bought a graphic card from a seller that offered 3 days personal warranty, the card was working well (can play game)at first, but it failed to function any more after I ran an OCCT power test and my computer hang with BLUE screen.
Do I entitled any partial refund or full refund from the seller for the graphic card that failed after OCCT stress test since it happened within 3 days I received the item? I am not doing any torture test but just let the test run for 2minutes at most, when I stopped it, my computer just hang.

For example I bought an item from facebook marketplace which say iphone 4S and a picture of iphone4 without box (very hard to differentiate it is Iphone 4S or 4). After I receive the item, it is iphone 4 and seller refuse to refund and dont allow me to return the item as he say iphone 4 and 4S not much different.
Now seller reopen his thread in marketplace and change the sale title to iphone 9 at the same price and expect me to get my refund if got any buyer.
Is there anything that I can do for this purchase?

Edited: The Iphone is just for example la, the actual description of the Item say GTX 560 TI, but in the end I receive a GTX 560 graphic card, because seller upload a picture of GTX 560 that looks exactly like GTX 560 TI. Then seller refuse for return and claim both are the same lol.
