downgrading P1wimax

Hi there, i been with P1wimax for almost 5 months now and 3 months back the service been pretty bad. I am paying RM99 a month and the speed is so slow that i cant even log into msn, upload a 30kb file or surf the web, what pissed me off the most is that my friend who is paying half of what i am paying is able to surf the web, msn and upload without any problem.

So i did what a normal customer would do and asked the customer support centre is i could downgrade my account to P1wimax personal plan lite which is rm49 and was given a response that they cant do that as it is in their policy to not be able to downgrade. I was cleary told by the sales agent that i can downgrade anytime and it was free of charge. I reviewed back the terms and condition that i have sign and they only stated that i need to pay for an upgrade and nowhere does it say that i am not permited to downgrade my plan.

the response that i got from the customer support centre at P1 when i called them.
Me: it's not stated in the terms and condition that i cant downgrade
P1 customer service: it is stated in section 6 of the T&C

Me: where exactly?
P1 customer service:6.6. Upgrade of the service is under the sole discretion of the Service Provider. A charge of
Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10.00) will be charged to the Subscriber for each upgrade
made and will be reflected on Subscriber’s next bill from their upgrade.

Me: It just state that i got to pay for an upgrade.....
P1 customer service: It is stated in our policy that you cant downgrade sir.

Me: oh ok.....

Well i did leave a comment on thier so called complaint area which limits me to only 500 character but they still havent return to me yet. I would like to ask you guys here for oppinion on this matter as i feel like i am being cheated...

the P1 T&C can be viewed p1 tnc
