apply 2cm thickness plywood on certain window?

Hi guys, i need to stick plywood with 2cm thickness to a few windows in my room (fengshui reason)? May i know what is the best way to do it considering it will not fall off easily and can be removed easily in the future without leaving any print on the window. Or anyone has experience to this can let me know, i might consider to get someone to help. Thanks

weird angled building in google map

The other day my Hyundai Elantra kept jerking, and brought my car to check. The foreman open up the ignition coil and spark plug to check 1 by 1, ended up i had to replaced 1 of the ignition coil. and i was charged RM40 for labour fee. Is this labour fee reasonable?

I have just replaced my car's windscreen with non ori one from china. Ever since then, my car will become very hot, when parking my car under the sun for slightly longer time. I went to one of the tinted shop, the technician told me , ori windscreen usually comes with a layer of tinted already in factory, but china oem ones usually wont have one. thats why it behaves this way, i have no choice but to choose tint with highest heat rejection, i get better experience after that, but still, if i park my car under the sun for too long, it will become very hot inside the cabin. (especially June, July these few months) I just want to find out that whether china windscreen really will have such problem?

i am not buying a new car, or selling existing car, i am just renew my insurance with other insurance company. may i know what is the process of ncd transfer. (agent MIA) i already purchased insurance from new company(forgotten about the ncd transfer, i tot is auto), am i going to get the refund still from the purchase price of my new insurance? my previous policy lapsed 4 months already, ncd transfer still possible? but i check on myeg the ncd percentage still there.

may i know how can we make sure that the house is in good condition including plumbing , wall (no crack , water leaking, etc) , flooring, before hiring an ID to work on design and renovation work. as we all know that nowadays even the property is built by well known developer, there is always wall crack, water leaking issue and other workmanship issue still. what if after putting in big chunk of money into renovation work, that after few years, all the defects started to happen. any recommendation how we can mitigate the risk.

sell my car

i am going to sell my car, and my car has leather tear off from steering (a few holes), seat (a little), to gear knob. and steering has some issue as well, there is fraction feel and noise when turning the steering wheel, it is not fixable by replacing the steering coupler. need to change entire steering shaft. was thinking to find buyer myself. but i dont think anyone will take my car, after testing drive my car. any alternative to get higher value? carsome? mytukar?

Programmers' pay

Recently i noticed that programmers' pay is really limited, after i have gone thru a few final interviews, and ended up with no success with the reason of salary, and i did not even mark up my salary expectation based on my current one. A programmer with around 10 years experience probably just got around 13k max. anything above 13k is difficult. What you guys think?

Recently i have come across with a company , they mentioned that only unpaid leave is accepted during probation period. is this reasonable? but i have worked with company that allows employees to take annual leave , sounds weird to me.
