budget should be around 3k+-

was thinking of lenovo y570, but the screen resolution is 1366 x 768. good for photoshop?

currently looking at this toshiba model laptop.

seems very nice specs.
however, i was wonder is this good enough to process a whole bunch photos process in photoshop? maybe like photoshop cs5?
i believe this laptop could process quite a high setting on games, right?
