Volunteer work/Charity events in KL

For, er, a 15 year old? Is there such a thing? I've googled a lot, trust me. But volunteer work that include training sessions / 18 years old and above as prerequisites aren't what I'm really looking for...

I'm interested in filling my free time with donating my time every once in awhile to genuine societies that help the needy. I have spent a lot of time browsing websites, but to no avail. Not a very efficient googler, maybe, because I have no idea where to start.

It would be nice if some of you directed me to information about volunteer work that I can do around KL. Those that require a couple of red notes for participation are alright too.

Co-curriculum marks - How do they calculate it

I want to apply for an ASEAN scholarship for Pre-U in a couple of years, and I've only recently been very active in my co-curricular activities (form 3 at the moment). I'd like to know if they take the mean of form 1 up till form 5. If so, I'm dead meat because I didn't give a flying fish during my form 1 and 2.

Love problem

So... I 'have this online rs with this guy.
Things went fine until i felt this insecurity that he mite cheat on me although he showed adequate love and affection through his smses, therefore i broke up with him because i said i felt like I 'didn't have enough trust' in him.
Now I feel this terrible pang of regret in my gut - do i really need him back or is it a post-breakup thing?

So I told him how much I regret breaking up with him.
He told me, 'Frankly I still really want you. Maybe we'll get back together - if you can turn back time.'

So...question one: Is just a mere post break up feeling? Since I broke up without a good reason should I try to take him back? WHICH i have already done, but I still want to know your opinion.
...question two: what would a male in his position feel? it's been 2 days, btw.
...question three: what does he mean by that in that sms? that it'll never happen?

I'm in form 2 this year and currently in SMJK Chong Hwa (government) and would like to transfer to another school next year. Any kebangsaan schools to recommend me? As long as there's transport from Taman Melati. (LRT station) Even if I have to take two buses.

How true is this? Even googled 'PLKN wajib 2014' and there was even a Berita Harian article on it.

If this news is false, then is it possible that PLKN will be compulsory for all adolescents...? Is there any news related to it lately?
