Questions about selling a property

Hi all, after some research and google-ing I still have some questions regarding selling a property. It's a single storey terrace corner house in Sarawak. It age more than 10 years but consider well maintained. I've never deal with property before so my noob questions are :

1.) How do I determine the selling price of the house?

2.) What document should I request from the buyer? and what documents/from who I should prepare/apply?

3.) How is the payment done?

4.) Is it easy to be done by myself or it's recommended to engage an agent?

5.)How much is the legal fees or any other fees if I decided not to engage an agent?

6.)Are there any other taxes do I need to pay besides RBGT?

Hope some good soul can provide some info to me!

It is appalling that this girl, who is barely 18 years old, is so daring as to post a picture of herself naked and in bed with boyfriend on her public blog, says STOMPer Clamnut.

The sender, who came across the blog, was speechless when he saw the picture of the teenage girl posing on a bed with her boyfriend, both of them naked.

In her blog, the girl talks about how much she loves her boyfriend, who is currently serving his National Service.

She details the times spent with him and describes what they do together in private.

STOMPer Clamnut says in an email:

"Not even 18 years old yet and she posts the picture with a caption, thinking that it is totally alright."

STOMPer Nur' Ilham spotted this couple at the Multi Storey carpark of Block 34A Marsiling Drive yesterday (Aug 27), sharing an intimate moment in full view of the public. What horrified Nur' Ilham was the audacity of the girl, who removed both her top and bra.

The girl then proceeded to lie down and allowed the guy to grope her.

The STOMPer says:

“My mom spotted the couple at 5pm while she was looking out for my brothers to arrive home.

“The couple was just chatting at that time until they started kissing.

XFX 5850 - VRM Temperature

I know the VRM have very high temperature rating but I wanna know what is the normal VRM temperature in our country/similar temperature ambient and what is the safe range for 24/7 VRM temperature?

I'm currently under 1.15v for 900 core and 1075 memory core , over 1100 memory will give me artifact , guess i have bad memory for this gc? and the temp are 60+ for core and 90+ for VRM under furmark stablity test.

Singapore Orchard Road Flood

Didn't expect a rain for few hours able to turn orchard road into orchard river , heard the basement all got flooded , wonder how's the mrt train

Pouring rain island-wide has turned Orchard Road practically into a river. The SCDF has commenced rescue operations to free people trapped in their waterlogged vehicles.

A spokesperson for the SCDF told STOMP this morning (June 16):

"SCDF received the calls reporting flood at the above location at 1033hrs. SCDF responded and provided the following assistance:

"1) Junction of Orchard Road/Paterson Road – – SCDF dispatched 2 fire engines and assisted about 60 passengers from 2 SBS Transit double-decker buses and about 10 people from 6 cars stranded in their vehicles to safety. In some cases, SCDF personnel had to carry children out of the vehicles. None were injured.

"2) Junction of Orchard Road/Orchard Link; and Cuscaden Road – SCDF dispatched 2 fire engines to these locations. Fire-fighters combed the area and found no one in need of assistance.

"3) Liat Towers – SCDF dispatched 1 fire engine. Flooding at the basement 1. SCDF is presently using a pump to draw the water out. There are no reports of anyone in need of assistance.

Orchard Road looks like a river, with cars stalled along the road." STOMPer Anna was making her way to work in the morning near Cuscaden road, and was stunned by the severity of the flooding. She relates: "I was on the way to work in a taxi when I caught sight of the severe flooding in the area. This was at 10.15am this morning. "The water is approximately wheel-deep. Car engines refuse to work, the water level is still rising and did I just see a wooden plank float past? "This is the first time I've seen such flooding in this area." Orchard Worker was also one of the many Singaporeans awed by the extent of the flooding. The STOMPer wrote: "This was seen this morning on the corner of Takashimaya and Paragon shopping centres. It is a big flood!" STOMPer beanie wrote of the chaotic scene: "Orchard road is flooded! "All roads, included the lanes behind Orchard have been flooded. "Lifts in buildings along Orchard have also been shut down as a precautionary measure." Flood waters continue to rise in the Orchard area. Dean Alejandro said that water levels had risen. He wrote: "My friend took a picture at the second floor of Lucky Plaza overlooking Orchard Road, the water is half the height of a car now."
