help! can't find my wireless connection

hi need help here,

i have a wireless connection in my house. The thing is, downstairs i can get the wireless signal real well and it was ok before this upstairs too. But today after i turned on my laptop, i can't seem to find my wireless connection listed on my list of available connection (i saw all my neighbours connection though but not my OWN). Last time i use the laptop it was all ok only this time did this happen.

My wireless router is also upstair really close to my laptop but i couldn't find it @_@ but my wife laptop downstairs can find the connection without any effort.

what's wrong anyway? oh i'm on win 7 so does my wife's.

hi guys...so i was wondering, can the wii get access to external usb dvd drive the way it access the other usb portable gadgets?

been so long since i use my wii, so yesterday i tried to put in my game disc but i found out my dvd drive got something stuck in it (my daughter put in a small creditcard like item in it T_T). so is there any way i can find some work around this problem? any homebrew app i can use?

btw, here's the multiplayer trailer for it..the diverse gameplay looks kind of cool It's a four player affair like DeadSpace 2 mp but with a little bit more modes.

Contractions

Soul King
Kind of a Spectre deathmatch. Everyone is a spectre and will try to possess AI soldiers to fight other spectres on the map.
