Here is the scenario,
usually my bill is just rm 6X ++.
But this time , my previous month bill is RM11X.

After investigate from TM point , it comes with a lots value added service which is I never subscribe any of them.
THERE IS NO ANY STATEMENT FROM THEM AT ALL.

Even they said some1 is using my acc to do subscription, I ask them back in order to log in the acc, they need username, password, & IC no.
Who the hell could have all the details, even the acc is not under my IC no.
Is this the profession they do? no any call no even a statement letter for charging me.

After I complaint, in Next coming month they still charging me on this. Even though i change my password.
I called them just now. They just said online and phone cant cancel the subscription but allow to add subscription through phone and online..
I said this is how tmnet cheat money is it?. they said no, you can cancel through tm point and everything please refer back to tm point.
now i finally understood how the tm customer service doing. pushing to each other only.

and the bill still charging me.

TMNEt..service worse than anything.
