Laptop graphic problem

Yesterday when i finish playing games, suddently the display shows light green in all the white space, including in game, video, browsing, and everywhere that is white in colour.
Some sort like the picture i attached

Does anyone know what's the problem?
I've tried to reinstall the drivers, reinstall the windows, and it 's still the same
my laptop is Compaq presario CQ41

Ati mobility radeon HD 4200
2GB ram

Sorry i got another problem to ask again

recently my desktop's screen will turn black awhile and then show the error message as below when i open a movie or game to play

after that the desktop looks like this

Is this the graphic card's problem?

hello everyone
i'm new on here
my motherboard is asus M2N-VM DVI
few days ago i just bought a gigabyte 9400GT
when i plug it into motherboard and turned on the com
windows cant detect the graphic board
anyone know what's the problem?
