HELP! Hardisk Not Appearing

To start it clearly, I have 2 hardisk in my CPU. But after I have formatted my whole CPU into Windows 7, I can only see 1 hardisk icon in 'My Computer'.
Have tried Norton's Partition Magic 8.0 but it doesnt support Windows 7.
Suggestions and solutions to make my second hardisk to be visible would be helpful! Thanks!
