The wetwork reno if it is structurally ok.
2. The quotation.

This is the G floor floor plan:

1. The blue colour section was extended previously for the kitchen
2. The Green shaded area is the new extension we intend to extend.
3. There is a column marked red circle we intend to remove.

[attachmentid=3889237]

This is after reno where room 4 and bathroom, wet and dry kitchen.
[attachmentid=3889238]

This is the upper floor original nothing to change

[attachmentid=3889239]

Ist contractor also my previous contractor said better not to remove the column. 2nd and 3rd contractors said can be removed.
Roof tiles

After 15 years of wear and tear, most of the roof tiles paint came off, turned dark and rain water seeps in and make the tiles heavier though no leaking rain water as yet. Worry the roof truss support weaken.

Cheaper to change new tiles or get some people to repaint and refurnish? Refurnishing warranty for 10 years. The question is which of it will last longer?

Anyone repaint their tiles before. Saw some roof shining reflecting lights should make the roof top cooler. Is it a new type of shining tiles or repainted with shining paint?
