Hi,

my mum is in her late 50s, and she have this high metabolism rate(i tink tts wad u call it) so i tink she gets hungry quite fast.
she complains of being hungry at nite sometimes, and i really dont want her to lose more weight - she is like 47kg only.
she loses weight easily, so i'd like her to not be hungry if possible.

i do noe she is of old age though, so oily food maybe not good if she do it every night.
they take dinner quite early due to circumstances..as early as 5pm..
i was thinking if the nestum 3in1 kinds are more appropriate to stock at home, but i tink she will be bored to have that only..

so any recommendation on anything i can buy to keep at home in case she go hungry?

thanks very much!

WD My Book Essential 1TB

Hey guys

I just bought a 1TB WD My Book Essential last saturday..

Somehow when copying files of 5gb over it stopped and said sumthin like cant read from source or disk. I can't even create anything in that folder, but was able to create something else outside that folder.

Formatted it and then ran the diagnostics using the WDSmartware.

It passed the Quick Drive Test, but the Complete Drive Test like never seem to finish..i let it run over 6 hours n it still never complete.
However, I can still use the harddisk now.

1) Can someone tell me how long does it generally take for the test to pass?

2) Should this be something i should worry about and reason enough to return the harddisk for a new one?

Thanks for any help!
