Today I just registered a new SSM company name without current account.

Question is:

Can I have both company current account in the same bank, Maybank?

Should I use another bank for the 2nd current account?

Any other advice?

I want to ask help from all people and business owner out there to share their opinion on this matter.

Your sharing will much appreciated.

One day, I go find a curtain shop nearby my new house to browse for curtain.
Then we met with the boss of the shop, we then discuss to do business coz my new house is a condo, I can introduce a lot ppl to him.
We discuss how to earn, I told him inside the condo area, any sales you get will be shared, and then Bob said ok (without written documents).
Bob also got do renovation, he done renovation for my house.

After 4 months, I have introduced a lot ppl to him, and he alone also gets a lot sales from the condo.
The ppl I introduce he got give me few customer commission/ referral fee.

Me: Today I asked, you got a lot sales in the condo?

Bob: He answered, all that sales u din introduce de, I do it myself, so you can’t share it.

Me: fine, how about the completed sales that I intro?

Bob: some sales I earn little bit only, everything I do, meet customer, quotation, installation, and collect money. Earn little only.

Me: Earn little then give little lo~ give me little like RM10 or RM 50 I also happy ma.

Bob: earn little only, can’t give you much, I will determine which sales that can give you and you deserve only I will give you.

Me: (my thinking WTF?) what is this? U think I deserve only give me. Then what for I intro ppl to u while I can’t earn a penny if the sales is small?

Bob: some sales I earn little bit only, everything I do, meet customer, quotation, installation, and collect money. Earn little only.

Me: Earn little then give little la. Give RM 10-50 very hard ? At least I have the motivation to keep on intro to u ma. The RM 10 per customer, if got 10 or 100
customer like this how? I will loss RM 1000 lo~

Bob: then if the business you intro loss money? We share together? Like one of the sales is losing money on the reno, because the worker I hire/outsource take
a portion money and run away that do a little work only. I need to buy all the materials again and hire another ppl to reno. This biz sure loss money already, so
we share the losses?

Me: the worker U hire/outsource run away is your problem ma, what for I need to take responsibility? The losses I won’t take commission from u lor.

Bob: oh like that la, earn must share profit, loss don’t want share.

Me: Im also not your biz partner, what for want to share your losses? U also get sales inside the condo but dint share profit to me. My job just intro ppl to you, I
bring customer to your shop by using my car, time etc, but u said sales little only can share profit, then what for I intro ppl for u?

Bob: Our thinking different, don’t say too much, the sales that you deserve I will give u, don’t worry, the small sales as u intro as a goodwill lo. No need force
me to give u the commission ma.

Me: I also dint force you, I just want to know the ppl I intro u close the sales already, but why I can’t get even a penny? The customer within the condo u don’t
want give me, I have nothing to say, coz I dint even intro or do anything, but the ppl I intro, I drive them to ur shop, etc, but why I can’t get even a penny from it? Even though I din do anything but intro ppl to u, but if I din intro to u, u don’t even have the chance to get the sales, don’t I DESERVE it even a penny? A penny also will make me happy coz what I do I get rewarded.

Credit card issues

My Parent have few credit cards that is over limit,
Few days ago a guy called offer to clear the debt and swipe it again to make a lower interest installement approximately 10% pa.

Example: 15k credit card debt UOB
He pay all the debt then few hours later swipe it back out.
Rm 13500 - 16% = rm 11340
rm 11340 - 15000 = -rm 3660
For 18 months

The balance rm 3660 use another credit card to swipe with normal interest by bank.
He need to take the card with him.

Is this legit??

additional:

This guy claimed that he worked in bank sector with her wife for 7 years,
both income approximately 15k per month
Spend around 7k per month
Left 8k savings

8k x 12 months= 96k
96k x 7 years = 672k

they use this 672k to start the biz

Yesterday I went to their office to understand more about this

this is a private Reits (not listed in KLSE)

Their investment is use USD.

they Invest in property all over the world

mother company is cuffzholdings

this fund just started april 2011

I want to know any1 encounter this investment?

the return is somewhat High , they can predict when they can earn back their capital (3-6months)

eg. Invest USD 20k, after 3-6 months, get 40k, they will advice you to take back the 20k and reinvest the balance 20k back to the Reits + they will give 18% dividend / interest per year, like FD but higher depends on investment

If invest USD 900k = 60% dividend per year

they will always split the share and dilute the share price for easier entry for new investor and existing investor

Seeking advice is this investment genuine or another ponzi scheme

iphone 4 warranty issues

Hi,

my iphone 4 have home button problem.

i went to digi centre at gardens at sept to request for warranty.

on 24th oct, finally get to warranty the iphone 1 for 1.

however, after i used for 1 day, the iphone's camera got problems! it hangs, can't take pic!
+ the calling have noisy sound!~

thought they are giving new iphone? according to the staff at digi.

ZZZZ

i rather use back my home button problem iphone rather than camera + noisy sound iphone.

can I change it back as it only pass few days only?

any suggestion?
