I saw a few chart animation on youtube. So i made one for malaysia. I included KLSE, EPF, ASB, Gold, Bond Fund, Bank FD, Property price index, Property with rent 3% just to help with imagination, GDP and inflation.

Not hard to guess who win.

GPU spoiled, where to go to fix?

I have an i5 3rd gen old pc that the gpu spoiled so i think i want to upgrade abit and top up HDD too. Any shop near kl that have old parts/cheap parts? i usualy go to imbi, is there any other place you guys can recommendation?

Homestay much untung

Most homestay very standard and not many people book. So I filter out only the laku homestay in KL, these homestay if u want to book must wait like 1 week or so because they are fully booked.

I notice the apartment where the owner clean, the place is usually better then agent managed. One of the unit got toys, books and a guitar. The other one got snacks and maggi.

There is also a trend in airbnb where the owner dont like to give apartment name until after you book. Just put near train, 5 min walk bla bla bla. I think they trying to hide something, so i play along and hide the last one.
