My friend told me his neighbour house rented out to a single mother from outstation early this year. It was a good paid master untill two months ago the landlord wife start to come to ring door bell and horn from out side but the tenant refuse to come out so land lady no choice have to leave. Next day land lady came back again this time she horn kao kao untill the fat lady can't tahan but have come out
The conversation start to using 4 letter words and the fat lady more fierce than land lady. LOL the fight last for almost 30 min. Last month again the samething but no settlement from the fat lady.
Last week the landlord had no choice call up TMB to disconnect the power and you know what happened when the fat lady came back.
She call up TNB to reconnect the power but landlord found out and disconnect again. LOL

Can i refuse to work OT

Our organisation will have a big event next month and it's going to be a week long. So our superior schedule me and my colleagues to work from 7am to 10pm which is 15 hours a day. Worst is we don't have a one our break for lunch and dinner cause is provided so we will had our lunch and dinner in house and are not allow to go out for break.
