I heard a lot ppl telling me can buy pre-approved plan, but I have just went to MPSJ and confirmed that since 2009 there's no pre-approved plan to be purchased and need architect and engineer drawing.

Anyone knows the MPSJ rules?

10ft from the main gate to the wall?
Then can do a 13ft Balcony with tempered glass? 5ft Master bed room and 5ft living hall and 8ft wet kitchen with RC top.

So it's like 10ft from the main gate to the balcony, 13ft balcony, 5ft master bedroom extension and 5ft living hall extension.
How much is the total for the plan and submission and alam flora? How many days to do?
