P1 Wimax - Need help - Torrents

I am a P1 user.
I have just been curious as to the torrenting speed of P1. Ever since I got the provider I have been getting crappy torrenting speeds (10kbps at most). My surfing speed is great and youtube is a breeze. Anyone can help me figure out why?
I use UTorrent and I am hooked up to a Linksys WRT45G.

Modem: P1 DS 300
Router: WRT54G
Firewall used: None

Problem details
Router works, Modem works, But internet doesnt.

Hi guys. Maybe someone could help me. I just got P1 and I recently dug out my old router to share the love throughout my house. However I am unable to access the internet through the router ( Modem direct to PC works fine ) Is there something I am doing wrong.

Router is set to Auto DHCP, advance setting is set to Router. In fact I even tried doing a factory reset and just plugging it in straight to the modem (didnt work). Maybe i am doing something wrong. No idea what. Could anyone shoot some pointers? Been at this all night.

Edit : Advance setting set to Gateway as well didnt work.
