As per the subject I’ll start operating my station soon. Looking for a partner to open an F&B beside me.

Partner in a sense, your business will be attached to the station but it is 100% yours.

I’ll run the station you run the F&B...what F&B can be anything but preferably the branded ones...not necessarily McD or KFC those are super expensive can be other smaller brands...

I’m looking for someone with money but not a sleeping owner. Someone who is on ground and runs the day to day ops.

If you are a multi millionaire, not interested bcs it will just be a side piece for you...I mean you’re already rich, a small venture means nothing to you.

I am planning to pay down my car loan : Throw in circa 20k and increase monthly payment amount to settle earlier and save on interest.

but called a few banks (Maybank,CIMB) they say no such services...maybank said i can clear it (can get discount)...but if i just settl half and pay the rest no discount (why would i do that then)

Anyone can advise which bank can give such service.

Guys...

I asked my contractor (which are doing kitchen cabinet) to change my faucet at the sink....he change earlier today...when I came back home the whole house flooded.... the connection wasn’t strong...

He came over and vacuumed my whole house dry...spoiled a few furniture..that’s fine he can replace... but the problem is what future problem can I expect from this event ? I already see the wooden floor in my room got water seep out when I step on it....lucky living room is tile not wood...

How shall I ask him to rectify the situation...I don’t want to take advantage and press him but I gotta be fair to me....it’s a new house...furniture less than a week old...
