The developer is Mega Planner Jaya, anyone heard of them? Are they reliable?

Heard 70% of the units were sold and it's very accessible to LRT station.
I'm just worried about the developer.

Details of the complaint :
I believe I have been kind enough on this case and I have had enough of the delay.
Didn't want to make a big fuss over RM16 but i think the seller is far too much
I made payment on 7 Feb and I still haven't received the item today

Payment made for Pos Laju delivery on 7 Feb

Seller finally replied and promised she will post it out on 15 Feb via Pos Laju (which is what I'm paid for)

She is supposed to post it out on 15th but yet on 16 Feb she dropped me another PM saying she will be posting it out next day 17th
