I received .tif files. But I can't open it. The company said there is no problem to open it on their side. What could be the problem?

Hello everybody..

im facing this problem which while i turn on my comp, before windows loading, it appears black screen with some sentence:-

1. safe mode
2. safe mode with networking.
bla bla bla...
3. start win normally..

this screen giv about 30 seconds b4 windows loading..

my question is how can i destroy this black screen for never appear anymore? it happened EVERYTIME i start my conp... so how ar?? please... anyone...

Wuts wrong with my laptop?

hi all..

i just bought this laptop month ago..

happy using it without any problem. but suddenly yesterday, when i open the windows (xp), then after a while, i click my IE and it took almost ten minutes to appear... damn slow...

i dont understand wut actually happen or attack my lappy... here are few things ive done as at today:-

1. Scan (this for sure) - using kaspersky 2010
2. Done any possible "uncheck" in "msconfig"->"startup"
3. Using "Ccleaner" and clean any possible things

But still, this things happend. One more thing is that i realize my connectivity of the internet became freakin' slow (but 2 other laptops in my house running normal)..

PLease if anyone have the solution for this sick come n giv ur opinions.. n i really hope there is no suggestion as "reFORMAT" coz this gonna be my last solution for this...
