How to calculate RM per Sqft

Hi Taiko,
Just wondering how people calculate RM/sqft. For condo/service apartment i guess it's straight forward. If let say I've below condo, the RM/sqft is 150k/1000 = 150RMsqft..

condo sqft = 1000sqft
price = RM150k

However how to calculate for landed properties. If let say I have below landed property details, should i use built up of land area for comparison again condo?

house land area = 20x80= 1600sqft
house built-up area = 1200sqft
price = 300k

Missing all certification

Hi Guys,
Does anyone experience any missing certification? Especially the important one. Currently I'm missing my degree cert, SPM, all other relevant job cert.

I don't remember where i put it.

The most important is the degree and SPM cert. Can I get them back from Uni and Ministry education. If yes what is the steps?

Currently in the process of applying new job.

I went to I&P website and found out that they will announce new township in Meru, Klang. Since it's beside Setia Alam & Bandar Bukit Raja, i assume there will be overwhelming response for the 1st phase.

Hi Guys,
Since the government have just published Budget 2015 for the first house owner scheme, can any taiko inside here suggest any new house/township that below 500k. It will benefit us the first house owner who can't afford to buy new house now days.

Most of the house now is more than 600k. Of course I didn't aspect the house is in hot spot location like BBR, Setia Alam, Rimbayu, Elmina and etc. The only house I know below 500k is Bandar Putra Klang 2 which is near Johan Setia. Any other location?
